By completing your purchase, you agree to all of the terms of our Safe Delivery Guarantee and Shipping Policy.


Order Processing

We process and pack orders as quickly as possible.
Typical turnaround: Most orders are packed and handed to a carrier within 5–10 business days of purchase (excluding preorders). Peak periods or new inventory setups may add extra days. Preorder items may take longer — see our Preorder Policy for details.


Shipping Methods & Fees

Shipping costs depend on your chosen service and destination. All options — including untracked letters — are shown at checkout.

Tracked vs Untracked Shipping

Tracked Shipping: Provides real-time tracking and better protection.
Untracked Letters: Cheaper, but entirely at your risk — we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage if you choose an untracked service.

If you select an untracked letter, you explicitly accept that no Safe Delivery Guarantee or compensation applies.


Safe Delivery Guarantee

We offer an optional Safe Delivery Guarantee for packages to protect against loss or damage.

When selected:

Lost orders: Replacement, store credit, or compensation for the item cost after 60 days from the shipping date.
Damaged/missing items: Replacement, store credit, or item value compensation. Report within 7 days of delivery and provide photos and unboxing video.
Stolen-after-delivery packages: Compensation of up to a maximum of $100 only applies if you chose Safe Delivery Guarantee and provide proof of a police report and confirmation of a formal investigation by the local postal service.
• Original shipping fees are not refunded, but replacement reshipment is on us.

Untracked letter shipments are excluded — no Safe Delivery Guarantee or compensation applies.

These are estimates only — processing time, customs, and local delivery conditions can delay shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, GST, VAT, or similar taxes once your package reaches your country. These are your responsibility, not included in order total or shipping cost.


Lost & Stolen Packages

• Packages are considered lost only after the minimum eligibility period (60 days from shipment).
• If tracking shows delivered but you never received your order, first check with your local postal service.
• For stolen-after-delivery situations, compensation of up to a maximum of $100 is only available if Safe Delivery Guarantee was selected and you provide:
– Proof of a police report, and
– Confirmation of a formal investigation launched by the local postal service.


Incorrect Address or Refused Deliveries

Double-check your shipping address before ordering.

If an order is returned due to incorrect info or refusal:

• We can reship once a new shipping fee is paid.
• If you choose not to pay reshipment costs, a refund may be issued under our Refund Policy, less shipping charges where permitted.


Preorders & Shipping

Orders including preorder items are held until all items are ready.
If any preorder item is delayed, your entire order ships later unless you place a separate order for in-stock products.

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• We are a small team; updates on individual packages are limited — tracking is your best source.
• All shipping options, cost, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your country/region.


Why We Do It This Way

Shipping quality merchandise worldwide is complex. We operate out of Australia and sometimes ship long distances.

• Cheapest options may be slower and untracked
• Delays can occur outside our control (carriers, customs, global logistics)
• Tracked services provide the best protection but cost more

We’re transparent so you can choose the shipping option that fits your priorities — speed, price, or peace of mind.
