HOW PREORDERS WORK:

Step 1. We open sales and collect orders on our website for 4 weeks, hence it is a “preorder”. If enough orders are made, it moves to the next stage. If not enough orders come in, the design is canceled.

Step 2. We send the design to the manufacturer for samples. While usually this takes about 1 week, it assumes that no mistakes were made and no modifications are required. If changes are needed, it can sometimes stretch to 2 or 3 weeks.

Step 3. Once a sample is approved production can begin. This takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks depending on how busy the manufacturer is and when our design can be scheduled in.

Step 4. Final production items are inspected for quality control and then shipped to our warehouse. This usually takes 2 weeks in transit and sometimes up to 3 weeks or longer if there are customs processing delays.

Step 5. Once the design arrives at our warehouse we need to count the inventory and then stock it on our shelves, which can take up to 1 week.

Thus, the total time frame for a preorder is anywhere from 10 weeks to 16 weeks. In other words, 2.5 months to 4 months. On rare occasions things can take longer, but as you can see, any delays are beyond our control. It is for this exact reason that the dates given on our website are only ever estimates, not deadlines written in stone.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and most of all your kindness. If you want fast fashion DTG printed shirts that will fade after a few washes, then we’re not the right company for you. If you want premium quality, old school screen printed shirts that will stand the test of time, then stick with us. Good things come to those who wait!


PREORDER POLICY

In addition to stocking thousands of products, we also offer preorders on certain items. These items are often in the early stages of production and are not yet completed or shipped to us. Frequently, these items are available only for a limited time or in strictly limited quantities. By collecting orders in advance, we can provide you with the products you want in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible.

Pull The Plug Patches sets expected ship dates based on the information available to us, but be aware that the stated dates are only ever our best estimate and are not written in stone. These are NOT DEADLINES, they are only our best guess!  Most of our preorders ship on or before the dates listed on the product page, but occasionally production or transportation issues can cause delays that are completely beyond our control.

If you have preorder items in your order, it will only ship when all items are ready. Please note that if a preorder item’s expected ship date is postponed, the shipment of your other items will also be delayed. To avoid this, consider placing separate orders for items you need sooner.

If your item is listed in the preorder section, no need to email us if it has not shipped by the estimated ship date, it just means it is not ready yet. We get things made as soon as humanly possible, but sometimes delays happen that are completely beyond our control. If you're not prepared to be patient and wait for an item to be ready, and if you're not prepared to be gracious, polite, and considerate about delays, THEN DON'T MAKE A PREORDER! It really is as simple as that. Getting pissed off at us over delays is both unkind and unnecessary. It does not speed up production and make your item come any faster.

To prevent payment issues, we capture all payments when you first place your order, including those with preorder items. This ensures you don't miss out on a limited item due to card expiration, billing address changes, or a depleted PayPal balance between ordering and shipping.


Thank you for your patience and most of all for your kindness. We all deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. And remember, without preorders most of these items would never be made. So if you want us to keep making top quality and exclusive official merch that you can't get anywhere else, then please recognize that preorders are the only way this works for us. That means taking the good (awesome merch) with the bad (waiting for products to be made and potential delays). For most of you this is all common sense, but sadly the ridiculous amount of abuse we have received from some customers means that we have to remind people to please mind your manners!
