What a Preorder is 

Preorders allow you to reserve items before they are completed or in stock. Many preorder products are made or printed on demand and only available for a limited time or in limited quantities. Preorders help us produce items cost-effectively and offer you exclusive merch you can’t get anywhere else.

Estimated Shipping Dates

We always display an estimated ship date on preorder products — but this is just that: an estimate. It’s based on the best information we have from manufacturers and shipping partners. These dates are not guaranteed deadlines and can change due to factors outside our control (e.g., production delays, transit issues).

When Your Order Ships

• Orders containing only in-stock items ship as normal.

• Orders containing preorder items will ship once all preorder items are ready.

• If a preorder’s ship date changes, your entire order will be delayed too — unless you place separate orders for in-stock and preorder items.

Payment Terms

We collect full payment when you place your preorder. This ensures:

• You won’t lose your spot if your card expires later.

• We don’t run into billing issues that could cancel your preorder.

No Updates Unless Something Changes

We don’t send individual status updates before products ship. If your preorder hasn’t shipped by the estimated date, there’s no action needed from you — it simply isn’t ready yet.

Be Prepared To Wait

Preorders can take time. High-quality production, custom prints, and overseas manufacturing all affect timing. If you need an item quickly, preorder may not be the right option for you.
